Who I am
Kat Channels offers animal communication readings and channeling sessions. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email me at hello@katchannels.com.
What I collect
- Booking details: your name, email address and the session you choose, collected through Cal.com when you book a live session.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. I see that you paid and the amount, but never your full card number.
- Reading details: for animal readings, the photo, name and species you send through my intake form, plus any questions you add.
- Messages: anything you send me by email.
How I use it
Only to schedule and deliver your reading, send you your confirmation and video link, deliver written readings, and reply to you. I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't use it for advertising.
Sharing readings on social media
Your reading is private. I only share any part of a reading, or your animal's photo, publicly (for example on Instagram or TikTok) if you say yes on the intake form. Saying no doesn't affect your reading in any way. You can change your mind at any time by emailing me, and I'll take down anything I've posted.
Services I use
To run bookings and payments, your information passes through these trusted services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Cal.com for scheduling
- Stripe for payments
- Google (Calendar, Meet and email) for live sessions and messages
- Tally for the intake form
- Netlify to host this website
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The booking calendar (Cal.com) and checkout (Stripe) may set their own cookies when you use them, so they work properly and stay secure.
How long I keep it
I keep your booking and reading details only as long as I need them to provide your session and for basic business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, unless I'm required to keep a record of a payment.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information I have about you, correct it or delete it. Email hello@katchannels.com and I'll take care of it.
Age
Sessions are for adults 18 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
